This rich, nutritious packed smoothie is made with blackberries, banana and fresh kefir milk. Kefir milk is loaded with nutrition, from boosting the immune system, aids in digestion, to supporting bone health, it is also rich in gut loving probiotics, high in protein, calcium and potassium.

Black berries and bananas are both high in potassium, manganese, B6, C, calcium, zinc and antioxidants. Mix these delicious, rich ingredients together and you've got a natural, health boosting drink in your hands.

Summer is the best time to get fresh blackberries. You can also use frozen blackberries, or any berry of your choice. This smoothie is refreshing and replenishing and you can't go wrong with that!

Handful of ice

One and a half cups of fresh kefir milk
