Calendula Tallow Bar Soap 
Ingredients: Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Tallow, Sunflower Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Water, Calendula Petals, Rosemary & Marjoram EO,
What an earthy, herby, refreshing and natural bar of soap this is. The calendula petals in this soap were organically grown and harvested from my garden.
Rosemary and marjoram essential oils complement one another to enhance their healing properties to the skin. Both are antimicrobial, antiviral and antiseptic. 
I chose to use rendered beef tallow in this soap, to create a nice hard, lathery bar of soap and to keep it as close as possible to the original way of making soap (using animal fat). Tallow is the traditional soap-making fat. I am a mountain gardener, and it brings me great joy and satisfaction incorporating some of my herbs into my soap.
