Honey Oats Soap
Ingredients: Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Tallow, Castor Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Water, Ground Oats, Beeswax, Honey
I made this soap for the love of our bees and the respect we have for them. We have a bee haven in our yard and garden. We grow several flowers and perennials for my mountain bees. We don't spray the weeds and let clover and dandelions grow for our buzzing friends, with lots of calendula, hollyhocks, roses, fruits and vegetables to support them. This soap is made with raw organic honey and beeswax locally grown and harvested. This soap has tallow in it, which supports the original way of making soap. This soap is gentle and full of beautiful lather. It smells like beeswax and honey, I did not scent this soap, in order to capture the natural scent of the honey and beeswax and to keep it as pure as possible.
This soap was made by the hot-processed method, to give it a more rustic look.
